This site allows you to search State statutes, i.e., click on The Revised Code of Washington. Criminal laws are found in Title 9 and 9A, also check under Title 35, Chapter 35.99.

Washington cases are searched through a subscriber service called Westlaw or going through books called "Washington Digest" at the law library on the first floor of the county courthouse on Franklin Street. Open to the public after 1:00 p.m.
