I teach journalism courses at Clark College, and advise the college newspaper, The Independent.

I hold a BA from Lewis University in Romeoville, Ill in journalism and a MA from Northern Illinois University in DeKalb, Ill in communication studies.

I am originally from Chicago. I love what makes Chicago great, the Sox, the Bears, deep dish pizza, chicago style hot dogs and slam poetry nights at the Green Mill!
